Cookie Policy
Your choice
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept optional cookies. Necessary cookies always work, because the booking form and logins need them. You can change your choice at any time:
Necessary cookies (always on)
| Name | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|
| ddt_session | Keeps you logged in and protects the booking and contact forms against misuse (security token). | Until you close the browser |
| ddt_consent | Remembers your cookie choice so we do not ask on every page. | 12 months |
| ddt_currency (browser storage) | Remembers the currency you chose for prices. | Until you clear it |
Analytics cookies (only with your OK)
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which tours and pages people look at, so we can improve the website. The statistics are anonymous: we cannot see who you are. Without your OK, Google Analytics sets no cookies and only receives anonymous, cookieless signals.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Tells visits apart (random ID). | 2 years | |
| _ga_* | Keeps track of the current visit. | 2 years |
Third-party content (only with your OK)
Some pages can show content from other companies, which may set their own cookies: the Google Map on our contact page and the GetYourGuide booking widget. These only load if you allow third-party content, or when you press the "Show" button on that item. When you pay online, PayPal sets the cookies it needs to process the payment securely.
Links to other websites
Links to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google reviews and Tripadvisor take you to those websites, which have their own cookie and privacy policies.
