Booking requests and confirmation

When you send a booking on this website it is a request. Your tour is confirmed once we email or WhatsApp you to say it is confirmed. Online bookings need at least one day's notice; for a tour today, please WhatsApp us on +264 81 633 5151.

Prices

Prices are shown in Namibian dollars (N$) per person, per vehicle or per hour, as stated on each tour. Other currencies on the website are estimates for your convenience only. Most guided tours need a minimum of 2 guests. Ask us about rates for children.

Multi-day tours

For multi-day tours such as Sossusvlei (2 days / 1 night), the date you book is the day you leave. The tour runs through the following day(s) as described on the tour page.

Cancelling or changing

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your tour, unless the tour page says otherwise. To change or cancel, use your account page or contact us by phone or WhatsApp. For cancellations within 48 hours, please contact us directly.

Weather, tides and safety

Desert and coastal routes depend on weather and tides. Your guide may change the route, timing or stops, or postpone a tour, if conditions are not safe. If we have to cancel, we will contact you to move the tour to another date or agree on another solution.

Your health and safety

Please tell us about allergies, dietary needs, pregnancy, back or heart problems, or anything else that may affect your tour when you book. Follow your guide's safety instructions at all times. Activities such as sandboarding, kayaking and dune driving carry some physical risk.

Pickup

Give us your hotel or address when you book. We confirm the exact pickup time on WhatsApp. Please be ready on time; if we cannot find you, the tour may have to leave without you.

Reviews and photos

Your guide may take photos during the tour. We will only use photos where you can be recognised on our website or social media with your permission.
